Orders and Shipping

We send 99% of our orders out on a next day service (either courier or on our own vans).

You should recieve your order within the next working day.

Go to the top right of the screen and choose the Login/Register icon.

When you place an order, you will recieve an email confirmation of the order.

Reply to this email address stating your new delivery address.

We can only change the delivery address before it gets pickup by our courier service.

You will recieve a tracking number once your order has been collected by our courier.

We do send orders out on our own vans, if this is the case you will not recieve a tracking code but as our vans all have trackers we can give you a rough time for delivery.

We can arrange for the export of products to certain countries, please use the contact form and let us know your requirements and we will get back to you with the shipping options.

As long as the goods are in “As New” and are general stock items we will issue a refund or arrange an exchange. Unfortunatley we can not issue a refund or exchange bespoke made to order items. Carriage charges will need to be paid. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information
